The dining room features the ancient entrance door at the centre which at one time permitted the entrance of the lignite mine train, has today become a delightful dining area and also an excellent meeting area for our guests. There is also an al-fresco area with a roof structure and tables and chairs for a relaxing snack as well as a barbecue where our welcome barbecue parties are held. Tuscan cookery courses are also held herein the Spring and Summer


AUTHENTICITY

is at the base of all the food that is cooked and served to the guests at the estate.
